Exao Gunn was a Talusian born Force sensitive and Rebel commando, fighting against the Galactic Empire alongside comrades in Stargazer's Commandos. His mother and grandfather were both Jedi Knights during the days of the Old Republic and descendants of Nomi Sunrider; however, both lived as Dark Jedi towards the end of their lives. Exao's father was a Corellian gang member who met and married Exao's mother whilst serving with the Binayre Pirates. He would evenutally be caught up in the Rebel Alliance and settle for a while in the town of Kystes before being discovered as a Force sensitive and being forced to go on the run. He would also propose to, and marry, Aniwevei Gunn before going on to father children with her.
