~ Aoin Saleem's dying words

Aoin Saleem was a Coruscanti that attended the Imperial Academy following the fall of the Galactic Republic. Considered an excellent prospect, he quickly made his way up the ranks following joining the Imperial Military, however was often known for his over-confidence, conceitedness and temper. Stationed on the remote planet of Orupia, he was to oversee the defence of the main perimeter defence front on the continent Cerafe.

During a surprise Rebel attack at Normaic Base, Saleem retreated to Juno Base. Deciding he could not take the humiliation of defeat and cowardice that his actions would inevitably receive, he took three squads including AT-ST Walkers, and marched back towards the front, intent on pushing the Rebels back. Along the way however, he walked unknowingly into an ambush set by Stargazer's Commandos where he was shot and killed.
