Episode V The Resolution Way

These are dark times in the galaxy. The major defeats at Derra IV, Hoth and New Plymto have forced the remaining Alliance forces to retreat to the Unknown Regions. Having built a new base on the forest planet Arbra, time and energy have been devoted to build up enough military strength again to strike back.

By the efforts of the Alliance leadership, the Bothans have joined the Rebellion, providing much needed information about Imperial movements in the Core Regions. While these new ties are still fragile, the Alliance together with their new allies devise a daring plan to stop an important Imperial research project in its early stages. A series of decoy attacks is launched against various Imperial footholds to draw attention away from the main target, the Kuat Drive Yards.

Commissioned to take part in one of the decoy attacks, Stargazer's Commandos find themselves embroiled in what seems to be the worst part of the campaign. Suffering the loss of their friend and brother Bai'yle Norssohn during the landing on the planet Orupia, they soon find themselves fighting against overwhelming odds, a strange corrupting influence - and their own leadership.

Meanwhile, the Empire claims that the Rebellion has launched a biological attack on the planet Talus in the Corellian system. The Empire now has set out to save the victims from certain death. Within a few hours, several bases and camps all over the planet have been installed and stormtroopers accompanied by mysterious soldiers in black armor have started to search for citizens that may have been affected by the biological weapon without noticing. In addition, after a brutal attack on a member of Kystes' non-human population by Imperial troopers, KYPD Captain Mysty Fys has been arrested in a shock move for rebellious acts against the Empire. The Imperial control over the peaceful city now seems to be complete...
